Bishkek

The city of Bishkek is the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic. It is located in the north of the country, in the Chui plain. This is the largest city in the country, where more than 1 million people live. At the time of the heyday of trade on the Great Silk Road, through the space where today's Bishkek is located, its eastern branch was located. The hail itself was founded in 1825 by the decree of the Canadian Khan Madali and at first served as a stronghold.

Bishkek is located on an elevation of 750-900 meters above sea level and is surrounded by mountains, which are allowed to be seen from virtually anywhere in the town. In the construction of the main city there is a striking contrast: here innovative buildings, business centers and shopping complexes are mixed with masterpieces of the architecture of the Russian period. It should be especially noted that the small town is extremely green, almost every street is littered with a lot of trees and shrubs, due to which it "breathes". In Bishkek, as in any metropolitan area, there is a huge number of places that will make the presence in the town comfortable and exciting: hotels and hotels of the highest level, museums and theaters, restaurants and cafes, innovative entertainment complexes, parks and squares. Highly developed transport infrastructure; from the city drive roads that allow you to reach at least some populated point of the country; in 23 km from the city limits, the international airfield "Manas" is located.
