On the northern slope of the Turkestan Lake is Lake Ai-Kul. The lake area is 0.82 square meters. To see this, you have to go a long way, rising to an altitude of about 3000 m. The shores of the lake are distracting rocks that are not visible, so you can only look at it through small passages in the spurs. Two tributaries flow into the Ai-Kul. In summer, the water level rises, and the lake is covered with ice. Lake Ai-Kul is a real treasure hidden in the highlands, which delights and captivates with its beauty and inaccessibility.
